Stuart Oltchick President soltchick@stuartportfolio.com			STUART OLTCHICK is President and founder of Stuart Portfolio Consultants. Mr. Oltchick was a trustee of Teamsters Local 807's funds while Chief Operating Officer of Thypin Steel Company. Earlier he was with Merrill Lynch as well as Oppenheimer and Company where he sold equities to institutions. He has been a frequent speaker on the state of the art of pension fund investing. He earned degrees in finance and industrial engineering from Lehigh University and also attended New York University Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. Mr. Oltchick served as President and Chairman of FEGS, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health, education, and human services organizations.
